GU13 - GU18 Teams        Team Formation Meetings

GU16-GU18 teams will form on their own at various meeting rooms or at a players home.  Team Notebooks and Registration materials will be provided to the head coach or team coordinator (if assigned) on the last tryout date.

No team will be approved to train until all paperwork and on-line registration has been completed and approved by the club registrar.  Team Mentors (Executive Committee members) are available to attend your team formation meeting to help with registration and answer any questions.

Team Formation Meetings

At your meeting you will be completing team and player registration, paying team fees, signing up for team volunteer positions and electing a team representative.

Be sure to bring a copy of your player’s birth certificate (which will be returned at the end of the season) and your check book for team fees.

Due at Team Formation:    $100    (Team Fee - Paid to Team Treasurer)
