1. Complete the Tournament Request form and submit to Karen Renkert at krenkert@fcalliance.net (acting for the FCA VP of Comp)
If you are asking for an exception to the tournament guidelines, the matter will need the approval of the FCA Executive Committee, which will delay the approval process.
2. FCA will provide the NYSA office, NYSA registrar and FCA Registrar’s with a weekly updated list of approved tournaments so that tournament rosters can be completed.
3. Once your tournament is approved, please complete the FCA Tournament Roster and e-mail to office@northshoresoccer.org
NYSA will review your roster and send a return e-mail with a signed roster in pdf format
Please complete the roster information and enter prior team IDs for all players.
New players to FCA will be rostered to your FCA team after Aug 1st.
If a guest player did not play in WSYSA in the prior season, they will need to complete a WSYSA Player Status form. This form will need to be submitted to the NYSA office. The WSYSA Guest Player form is only required for tournaments after Sept 1st. No form is required for guest players during summer tournaments.
Remember: Please plan ahead and allow plenty of time for all Rosters to go through the approval process. They must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to when they are needed and preferably longer.
