The Academy Of Excellence training program is aimed at those players who desire advanced developmental training in the game of soccer. It is a comprehensive program designed to promote a passion for the game through the development of both physical and mental skills enabling the player to compete effectively at a higher level of competition. The program offers technical and tactical training while delivering a superior tactical and strategic "game" frame work.

In the program soccer players will receive individual skill and situational coaching. Players will train with other players who are equally committed to the game of soccer. Academy is open to all FC Alliance soccer players that are willing and able to make the commitments needed to reach the next level of his or her soccer development.

Our philosophy is one designed with the child in mind, first and foremost. Soccer development at the younger ages contributes to the overall maturation of a top-level soccer player. The training atmosphere will be very challenging and demanding in each and every session with our professional staff.

Through our training methods and curriculum, your child will feel the immediate impact of the FC Alliance professional training. This module will not only teach you son and daughter new aspects of the game, but it will show them the values of discipline, respect, commitment and many other components that are required by athletes to be successful.

Our coaches will take players through a “skills-based” curriculum emphasizing topics like (1) 1v1 attacking, and tricks to beating your opponent, (2) group attacking, (3) 1v1 defending, (4) small group defending, (5) shooting and goal-scoring techniques, (6) possession and combination player (give-and-go, overlap, third-player running, take-over), and (7) other special skills.
